He received a National Science Foundation grant, and won several Penn State accolades, such as the Faculty Senate Scholar award, Faculty Senate Outstanding Teaching award, and the Public Scholar award.<\/p>\n<p>Michael is also published and cited widely in psychology journals. He consults for Procter &amp; Gamble and many other cooperate and non-profit organizations.
